Immigrant Services Calgary Annual Reports

Our award winning annual reports have been designed in partnership with Foundry Creative Inc., a local marketing and design company. Printing of the Annual Report is donated by Blanchette Press, as are the photographs taken by Fritz Tolentino.

The 2007–08, 2008–09, and 2009-10 Annual Reports include a yearly report as well as a Book of Profiles which allow the immigrants, refugees, volunteers, funders and staff of Immigrant Services Calgary to tell their stories.

The 2008-09 Annual Report has won numerous accolades at a variety of regional, national and international design awards. These include the  "Best Annual Report in Calgary" at the 2010 Ad Rodeo Anvils, "Best Annual Report" and "Best Non For Profit Design" at the 2010 Applied Arts National Award Show, "Best of Show for Alberta/NWT" and "Best Annual Report for Alberta/NWT" at the 2010 Design Edge Regional Design Awards, "Gold" (for Best Annual Report)at the 2010 Graphis Best Annual International Show, "Best Annual Report" at the 2010 Communication Arts Design Annual International Award Show, and "Gold for Best Annual Report" at the 2010 Summit Creative Awards.

The 2007 – 2008 Annual Report titled “Voice” won numerous national as well as international awards and praise. “Voice” received the Communication Arts “2008 Award of Excellence,” Applied Arts “2008 Design and Advertising Awards” and the Graphis Annual Reports “2009 Gold Award.” Last year’s annual report was also a finalist in Mohawk Show 9 and featured as an “Outstanding Annual Report” in International Design Awards.
