With limited English, Miroslav Reljic came to Canada in 1999 with as he escaped from the civil war in Croatia. As a result of his perseverance, he became fluent in English and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Calgary.
Mr. Reljic also graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Diploma in Coaching. He established his own leadership coaching business, Reljic Coached, with the principal goal of giving back to the community.
Mr. Reljic has provided his service to more than 5,000 clients, including major companies such as TransCanada. He has also created and delivered 49 pro-bono workshops to 22 different organizations. He guides new immigrants on how to succeed in Canada by sharing his personal experiences. Mr. Reljic was named one of RBC’s Top 25 Canadian Immigrants in 2017.
