In 2004, Ms. Riri Jiang immigrated with her family to Canada from China, when she was 2 years old. Riri is passionate about giving back to her community, from volunteering at senior homes and scientific organizations, to starting her own organization and leading her peers.

Riri leads her own research project focused on preventing tumor growth and the spread of cancer, and she is an Executive Member of Operation Med School, a group that helps high school students prepare for medical school. She also co-founded and is the Operations Director of Team Math Attack, which strives to extend the love of math in a fun and engaging manner to junior high students.

Riri dances competitively while training and coaching at Drive Sports Badminton Club for local and national competitions. She continues to place at the top of any academic competition she participates in and is a driven and positive thinker with determination to succeed.
