Youguo has over two decades of expertise in pipeline Midstream, Electricity, and Gas Distribution, with extensive responsibilities spanning commercial, regulatory, finance, and operation. He currently serves as the Director of LP Utility Power & Partnerships at Enbridge, where he leads a team dedicated to delivering reliable, affordable, and sustainable electricity solutions for pipeline operations throughout North America.

Youguo holds a Bachelor of Science, an MBA in Finance, and is both a CFA Charter holder and a CPA registered in Alberta. He is highly regarded for his leadership abilities, result-oriented approach, strategic mindset, and commitment to continuous learning.

Having immigrated to Canada over 20 years ago, Youguo has navigated a range of challenges and opportunities while settling in Calgary. He appreciates the critical role that support systems, such as Immigration Service Calgary, play in assisting new families in Calgary. He is honored to serve as a Board member and contribute to these important initiatives.
