This is a free program for pregnant women and mothers with babies, to make healthy lifestyle choices and access resources.

This licensed program helps children (ages 3-5) get ready for kindergarten by playing and learning with other children while practicing English. Parents can attend workshops that will support their child’s development.

A free program for parents and children (ages 1-3), to have fun, spend time together, and meet other families.

This is a free program helping immigrant youth (ages 11-15) understand topics around mental health through group discussions and art sessions.

This is a free program for youth (ages 8-12) where they can get help with homework, make new friends, and participate in fun activities.

This is a free program for youth (ages 11-15) to meet new friends and learn about communication, relationships, wellness, and more. This program is delivered at selected schools. 

This program provides a safe place for parents and children (3-5 years old) to make new friends, learn about other cultures and share their experiences in this program.
