We are looking for a CRM Specialist who will oversee the technical aspects of CRM journeys and automation. Your role involves owning the end-to-end process, prioritizing tasks, and optimizing our portfolio to align with our business goals. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data insights to shape customer programs and provide valuable insights to our management team.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Provide expert guidance on CRM strategies through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, oversee campaign optimization, and manage spend distribution across agency partners.
  • Utilize customer data and insights to craft personalized and relevant communications within our journeys, ensuring they align with CRM goals.
  • Leverage your Salesforce Marketing Cloud proficiency to develop targeted, engaging, and effective customer communications that drive sales, increase basket size, and achieve stakeholder objectives.
  • Collaborate with various business units to identify and optimize CRM opportunities. Secure alignment on objectives, insights, audiences, strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support management through strategy, design, and execution of the journey lifecycle strategies, defining customer segments and growing the current customer base through targeted/personalized tactics and messaging (i.e., acquire, retain, win-back, grow, react etc.)
  • Manage campaign planning documents and briefs, facilitating communication with stakeholders, including cross-functional loyalty teams and business units.
  • Drive strategic KPIs for the Journeys channel, providing recommendations for always-on journeys and seasonal campaigns. Oversee campaign execution across agency partners while managing spend allocation.
  • Champion personalization across the organization through customer lifecycle journeys, triggers, and campaign innovations. Continuously optimize strategies, conduct thorough testing, educate on new processes, and foster internal alignment on new technology.

What you have to offer:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ideally with SFMC certification.
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in CRM reporting and analytics, with a keen ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email template modifications is a plus.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, where agility and innovation are valued.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, grocery, or retail settings is an asset.
