Working within Digital Transformation centres, Anipa has over 12 years of experience in developing and executing enterprise-wide digital programs, enhancement of digital capabilities, and strategic visioning for companies in various sectors- banking, oil and gas and Canadian provincial governments.

She is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace and has worked with various local organizations to provide coaching, sponsorships and other services that help to dismantle barriers and empower women. In 2016, she was awarded the Nancy McKinstry Award for Leadership in Diversity for her services within the community in advancing gender diversity and promoting opportunities for women within the workplace. Anipa has also been appointed to a City of Calgary board- Licence and Community Standards Appeal where she is part of a council that acts as an independent, impartial quasi-judicial board to hear and decide on citizen appeals for City of Calgary bylaws

Anipa’s has received an MBA from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver and a Bachelor of Sciences from University of Calgary.
