Nisha brings her love for technology and process improvement to help build sustainable platforms for Newcomers to settle in the community. She has extensive experience in executive leadership, strategy development, product management, and digital transformation in not-for-profit and for-profit organizations.

Before joining Immigrant Services Calgary as the Director of Information system, Nisha worked as a Senior Product Manager, Data and API at Celero Solutions and Director of Strategy and Delivery at Nuera Insurance. Her focus has been identifying growth opportunities, building strategy, and implementing multi-million-dollar initiatives by leveraging technology and finding creative solutions to benefit organizations and communities.

Nisha holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Concordia University, Montreal, and a Master’s in Information Technology from Madurai Kamaraj University, India. She is working towards her MBA degree at the Haskayne School of Business, specializing in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. She also works as a fund manager at the UCeed Haskayne Student Fund at the University of Calgary.
