Swapan has over 25 years of senior finance and operations experience, holding senior executive management roles, including president, chief executive officer, and chief financial officer in companies across North America, Europe, and Asia. Swapan’s experience spans across the public and private sectors, in high growth technology, manufacturing, blockchain, medical device, oil field services, and green technology industries.

Swapan has extensive experience in public company reporting, investor relations, ERP implementations, mergers and acquisitions, internal controls, and overall financial and operations management. He is well versed in commercializing technologies and launching software (including SaaS) solutions and his experience spans manufacturing, distribution, oilfield services, healthcare technologies, and multi-jurisdictional operations.

Swapan holds CPA, CGA, ACA, and ACMA designations. An immigrant himself, Swapan takes initiative to provide support, guidance, and mentorship to new entrepreneurs and newcomers. Swapan is involved in several start ups and provides professional advice and guidance as Partner in RTB LLP.
