Workshop: Become a Licensed Engineer or Geoscientist in Alberta

Do you want to get a license to practice engineering or geoscience in Alberta and earn the right to use reserved titles and designations in those fields? In this session, you will learn about the requirements and the process for various designations offered by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). This workshop will cover:

• Overview of the Canadian engineering and geoscience licensing system
• What is APEGA and What is its mandate
• Overview of the various licenses and designations APEGA offers
• Overview of APEGA Engineering / Geoscientist / Professional Licensee Designation application process
